VLC Internship Program

The application process for the Fall 2018 – Spring 2019 Internship Program is currently closed.

One of the most important missions the church is called to engage in is developing leaders: leaders who can lead in their homes, their church, and their communities in a Christlike manner. Our heart as a church is to develop those kinds of leaders who will make a lasting impact in their world for the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus. Our intern program is one of the main ways we develop leaders by engaging them hands-on into the work of the ministry in all of its messiness and beauty. Our interns gain personal and transformational experience in what it takes to build healthy churches that are growing people in Christ.

About the Internship Program

We know God has charged us (Victory Life Church) to build healthy churches that are growing people in Christ. One of the key ways we accomplish this mission is building healthier leaders (like yourself) that have the ability to build healthy churches. This 9-month intensive leadership Internship is designed to train healthy leaders with the knowledge, heart, and practical ministry experience required to significantly contribute to any church leadership team. If you are at a place in life where you feel a call to ministry, have a desire to learn more about God, yourself and your call – this Internship is for you.  We welcome all who desire to grow and learn to apply.

This Internship will not be easy and is designed to test and challenge you, and help you discover the true reality and depth of your call. The leadership skills you will learn in this program will not only help you contribute to any church leadership team but will also help you contribute to any organizational leadership environment. We look forward to receiving your application and hearing from you soon.

The short answer is NO. There is no guarantee of employment. Those who have successfully completed the Victory Life internship are strongly encouraged to apply as positions open up, but employment is not guaranteed.
