The prodigal son asked for his inheritance early, he wasted it all on sin, and still… he knew he could go back to his father. What he didn’t know is that his father wouldn’t just tolerate him coming back but he would celebrate his son’s return home. It’s time to bring people home to Jesus. Let’s not be like the prodigal son’s brother. Let us know our Father’s heart so well that we go searching with Him, leaving no stone unturned to find the lost because His stone was rolled away to save the lost. Come home. No matter how far you have gone, no matter how much guilt and shame you are carrying– come home.
