A lot of disappointment comes from us having expectations instead of expectancy. This isn’t just a play on words, but an adjustment of our mindsets.
So many times people want to be healed, but they have an idea of HOW they will be healed. The expectation is in the “how” and that right there limits you in receiving. It doesn’t limit God in giving because He freely gives healing. It was already paid for at the cross by Jesus. Expectancy is believing for something and sticking with Jesus in the waiting. Expectancy is partnered with faithfulness to Jesus.
