When we try to describe Jesus, there are many different ways to describe Him, but isn’t He beautiful?
What makes things look beautiful to us is contrast, yet we tend to try to pretend the “ugly” doesn’t exist.
Jesus is the One who weeps outside the tomb of Lazarus but wipes away every tear.
Contrast.
We desire beautiful things, that’s why we spend money or time trying to attain beautiful things.
Cost is determined by desire.
Jesus has a desire to be with us that the cost was everything. He paid the cost of our sin and gave His beauty to all of us.
