In our Friendships, we are EQUIPPED to ENCOURAGE one another by simply being a friend to someone else. Satan’s tactic is to divide and conquer. But, God’s desire is for UNITY encouraging and strengthening one another!
Our featured speaker is a 15-year MLB player who was drafted right out of Keller High School to the St. Louis Cardinals. He moved from the Right Field position and started pitching. He pitched for his home state Texas Rangers. He also spent time pitching with the San Diego Padres, Cleveland Indians and finished his career in Japan with the Hanshin Tigers.
Jon has had a real passion for baseball and has reached great success. But his greatest passion and desire is for the Lord and his family. He and his wife Katelyn have a call on their lives and are currently part of the Victory Life church in Sherman.
