Jubilee is VLC’s annual celebration where we reflect on where God has brought us and seek Him as He guides us in the direction to go together. We invite all VLC Campuses to attend, receive, and be refreshed in the presence of the Lord.

This Year's Voices
Josh Surratt
Josh Surratt was raised in Charleston, South Carolina and attended the College of
Charleston. He joined the Seacoast staff in 2001 and has served in several roles,
including four years as the Mount Pleasant Campus Pastor. Josh is one of Seacoast’s
Teaching Pastors and currently serves on the Executive Team as the Seacoast Lead
Pastor. .
He and his wife, Lisa, have three children - Miles, Greta Kate, and Ellie. In his
off-hours, Josh loves to hopelessly cheer for all Chicago sports teams and the Clemson Tigers. He is passionate about reaching people with the message of the Gospel and equipping people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Colin Carr
Colin Carr is a national business owner, investor, conference speaker, and minister. After graduating from Charis Bible College, Colin founded CARR in 2009—the nation's leading provider of commercial real estate services for healthcare tenants and buyers. .
Today, CARR operates in all 50 states. Colin is also an instructor at Charis Bible College and serves as a strategic partner to dozens of ministries and professional organizations, including serving on the board of directors for Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
Corey Russell
Corey Russell’s passion is to awaken prayer across the earth. He travels domestically and internationally imparting the spirit of prayer and awakening a hunger for revival. He has written 9 books, released 6 prayer albums, and is discipling thousands through his online school of prayer, CoreyRussellOnline.com..
In addition to his online school of prayer, Corey is training hundreds through his nine-month preaching mentorship. Locally, Corey is in Denver, Colorado, disciplining the next generation through the Nash School of Prayer. He is on the pastoral team at House Denver and resides in Denver with his wife and 3 daughters. You can find all that Corey is doing on his website at coreyrussell.org.
Duane Sheriff
In 1987 Pastor Duane became the Senior Lead Pastor at Victory Life Church in Durant, OK. Under his leadership it grew from a doublewide trailer to being a multi-site / online church that has reached thousands across the globe.
In 2020 Pastor Duane passed the leadership of Victory Life Church to his son and currently serves as the Founding Pastor and one of the lead communicators. An author, internationally known speaker and teacher, Pastor Duane continues to reach the lost with the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ through Duane Sheriff Ministries, fulfilling the mandate to make disciples of all nations. He lives by his life mission To Help People Grow in Christ.
Jacob Sheriff
Jacob Sheriff is the Senior Pastor of Victory Life Church, a multi-site church with nine physical campuses across three states and an online global community that reaches people worldwide.
Jacob is the husband of 16 years to Hannah and father to five children: Adayah Hope (15), Israel Joshua (13), Olivia Abigail (11), Emma Grace (9), and Urias John (7). He is the son of Pastors Duane and Sue Sheriff, the Senior Founding Pastors of Victory Life Church, and has been in ministry for over 20 years. He is radically obsessed with Jesus, and his passion is for others to get a vision of the real Jesus and become obsessed as well.

Your kids get to experience Jubilee too! Kids Jubilee runs alongside every Jubilee service, giving children their own age-appropriate space to reflect, celebrate, and encounter God in a big way. Through worship, teaching, and fun, we believe God moves in the hearts of kids just as powerfully as He moves in the room next door. Bring the whole family and expect God to show up for every generation.
Check-In Information
- Check-In Stations open 45 minutes before each service. Drop off begins 15 minutes before service.
- If you are from another VL campus, your family should already be able to check in without doing a new registration.

You can pre-register your family so all you have to do is show up and enter your phone number, and our amazing check-in team will be there to walk you through it. There’s a map below to help you navigate when you get here.
Volunteer for Kids Jubilee
It takes a village!
You can help us give the best Jubilee experience possible to our little ones.
Positions available:
- Lead Teachers
- Assistant Teachers
- Restroom Helpers
- Snack “Hand-outers”
All volunteers in the kids’ areas are subject to a current background check. NO exceptions.
For Nursing Mothers
In addition to our first-floor nursing mother’s room (see kids check-in map above), we will have a secondary nursing mother’s room upstairs!

We’re so glad you and your family will be joining us for Jubilee. Our team is avialable to help every step of the way. Pre-registering is the best way to ensure a smooth first time check-in for your family. You can fill out the Pre-Registration using this button!
Where are the Check-In Stations?
Main Kids Foyer & Littles Hallway!
You can sign in and print their name tags 45 minutes before service starts!
Not to be confused with dropping off at 15 minutes before service.
Where are the classrooms?
- Infant – 5 yrs | Nursery and Littles area is in the South end of the building next to the main sanctuary.
- 6-11 yrs | Kids Sanctuary.
- There is also a Nursing Mothers room at the entrance of the women’s restroom!
What if I attend a different VLC Campus?
Just type in your phone number! You should be already in the system if you use Check-Ins at your campus.
Why 3 check-in stickers?
Each has a specific purpose:
- One name badge goes on the shirt of your child.
- Give a name badge to the teacher at the classroom door.
- The code sticker stays with you. It is how your child will be securely checked out of class after service is over.

What can I expect at Jubilee?
You should be expecting a powerful worship service, complete with meaningful worship, a timely word from our amazing speakers, and, most importantly, the presence of God to fill every space and heart that walks in. It’s our prayer that Jubilee be a time for you to reflect on what God has done for you, celebrate His faithfulness, and allow Him to propel you into your next season with fresh vision.

Do I need a ticket?
No ticket needed, Jubilee is FREE to attend!
Can I volunteer?
Yes! You can view the available teams and sign up by clicking this button.
How does seating work?
Seating is first come, first serve. Please be considerate of handicap seating and others by not blocking entire rows of chairs for you and your friends.

What's the coffee situation?
Every night our coffee shop, Elon Coffee, will be ready to keep you caffeinated through the service! For Friday’s day session, Elon Coffee will be open from 8:00am-12:15pm
